1. Who qualifies
The guarantee covers your first paid month, however many agents you run. It doesn’t apply to renewal months after the first, or to custom Enterprise contracts, which carry their own published SLA.
It’s a one-time offer per business— like the free trial, it’s counted against your real billing account (the card and business behind it), not the workspace name, so opening a fresh workspace doesn’t reset it. It also asks for a good-faith run: at least one agent deployed and actually working, so the month’s results are a fair measure. If you haven’t set up yet, we’d rather help you get value than close out a claim.
2. What we measure
We use your own Insights labor ledger (in-app: Insights) for the month — the same numbers you can check yourself at any time:
- Hours saved, valued at the dashboard’s stated hourly assumption
- Plus $ recovered (for example, approved Ledger Agent payment-reminder drafts)
That total is compared against what you actually paid for the month — the net amount on your first paid invoice, after any discount or promotion. Not a list price.
3. What happens if it falls short
If the measured value is less than what you paid, your next month is credited in full — no negotiation, no fine print beyond what’s on this page.
4. How to claim it
Email support@hiredhands.devwithin 7 days of your first month’s end and reference your workspace. We’ll confirm the Insights numbers for that month and apply the credit to your next invoice.
5. Limits
- One guarantee credit per business, ever — counted against your billing account, not the workspace, so it can’t be reset by making a new workspace.
- It’s a service credit toward your next month, not a cash refund. Cash refunds are only issued where the law requires them.
- The measured value is compared against what you actually paid that month (after any discount), and the credit never exceeds that amount.
- Voided by abuse or self-dealing: accounts set up to inflate hours saved or $ recovered without genuine underlying work, throwaway signups, chargebacks, or duplicate identities created to re-claim don’t qualify. We may ask for reasonable proof that two accounts are genuinely separate businesses.
