01 · Security
- Every tenant’s data is isolated by Postgres row-level security, enforced by the database itself.
- Connection credentials and platform secrets are stored server-side only — no API returns a stored secret, and no secret is ever sent to the model.
- Every model call, escalation, and draft is logged, with a full audit trail.
02 · Data processing
- For the content your agents handle — your knowledge base and your own customers’ conversations — you’re the data controller and we’re the processor.
- Our Data Processing Agreement is a working template, pending legal review — it reflects how the product actually processes data today. If your organization needs an executed copy, email legal@hiredhands.dev and we’ll issue one for signature.

03 · Reliability
- We target 99.9% monthly availability for the app and public API, monitored live.
- Enterprise plans add a contractual SLA with priority support.
04 · AI governance
- Model provider: OpenAI.
- Customer inputs and outputs sent through the OpenAI API are not used to train OpenAI’s models, per OpenAI’s API data-usage policy.
- Every customer-facing draft an agent produces requires human approval before it’s sent or published.
