Hired Hands legal

Subprocessors

Updated July 6, 2026

The vendors we rely on to run Hired Hands, and what each one does with your organization's data. This list is referenced by our Data Processing Agreement and Privacy Policy — we'll update it here first.

Subprocessors we use today

VendorPurposeRegion
VercelApplication hosting — serves the app and APIGlobal edge network for static assets; application compute in the United States
SupabaseDatabase, authentication, and vector search for agent knowledgeUnited States (AWS us-east-1)
OpenAIModel inference for agent replies, and text embeddings for knowledge retrievalUnited States
StripeBilling, subscriptions, and payment processingUnited States
ResendPlatform transactional email — team invites, account notices, sales-lead confirmationsUnited States

Your own connected tools

If you connect additional tools to your agents — Slack, Discord, GitHub, Notion, your own Resend account, a custom webhook, and similar — those providers process data only because you configured them, and only what that integration needs to do its job. They aren’t in the table above because you control whether they’re connected at all, and can disconnect them any time.

Changes to this list

We review this list as our infrastructure changes. If we add or replace a subprocessor in a way that materially changes how your data is handled, we’ll update this page and notify account owners by email, consistent with our Data Processing Agreement.
