The price
An agent is $200 per month. Over 5 agents, one is free — so the 6th agent costs nothing, and the ladder continues from there.

Every roster size between those rows follows the same rule — one more agent, $200 more a month — up to the full 15-role floor. The free agent applies only above 5: at 5 or fewer you pay $200 each. Add or remove agents whenever you like; the bill moves with the count.
Annual billing
Paying yearly gives you 2 months free: an agent is $2,000 a year, which is 10 months’ price for 12 months of work.
What every workspace includes
- 20 connections to your own tools.
- 15 seats for human teammates, at no extra cost.
- A monthly usage allowance sized for a full roster, plus a budget cap you set yourself — runs stop at your cap rather than billing through it.
Trials
Signing up starts a 14-day free trial. A card goes on file and the first charge happens only after the trial, unless you cancel. The trial is one-time per business — a returning account starts paying immediately.
Changing or cancelling
Add or remove agents at any time from your workspace; billing follows on the next cycle. Cancel from the billing portal and your agents keep running until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Customers who subscribed before the per-agent price keep the exact price and agent count they signed up at.
The guarantee
In your first paid month, if your dashboard’s labor ledger — hours saved plus dollars recovered — doesn’t at least equal what you paid that month after discounts, your next month is credited in full. It is a service credit rather than a cash refund, it is one-time per business, and it needs at least one agent deployed and working. Full terms.
